I live in San Francisco with my partner Lucy, my daughter Sunny, and my dog Pilot.

I live in the same building as another family who are amongst my closest friends. Our mini-cooperative living is an important part of my life.

I work at brilliant.org

I try to always be working on a few creative projects - mostly having to do with music and technology.

In 2008, I had a New Years resolution to create a site at aaronstrick.com. I initially used iWeb, but as I wanted to customize it, I switched to wordpress.

This was my gateway to programming, an activity that has served as a hobby, a career, and a source of creativity.

Since then, aaronstrick.com has taken a number of forms. Currently, it's written in elm pages.

Every once in a while, a stranger from the emails me about something they saw on my website, and that's an enormous source of joy.

I currently work at brilliant.org, building interactive learning content in elm.

I'm a heavy user and enthusiast of the Elm Programming language. I was lucky in my career to have a front row seat to it's development, and I've been a fan ever since.
